Miyuki Animation Club Cosplay in 2001, at Singapore Suntec City.

Last weekend for photoshoot in NTU? lol

★Who is your favourite person to cosplay as?
Hatsune Miku ATM, she has so many image and songs to be potrayed!

★Who do you REALLY wanna cosplay as?
ATM will be Syatan from Sound Horizon? Someone I might not be able to pull off as a guys role, but I'm planning to try... >.<

★How many of your friends cosplay?
Hmm... i think 50%? I think most of the friends around me are cosplayers/doujin artist/photographer

★Have you ever walked around in public in your cosplay outfit?
Yeap, I'm thick-face enough.

★Have people in public ever recognised you and asked for photos?
Yes mostly in character, but not the actual me. lol

★Have you ever made your own cosplay outfit?
Yeah I think I'm making most of my costume now.
5 years ago I still at tailoring stage (when I haven't owned a sewing machine)

★When and where did you first learn of cosplay?
Back in year 1997-1998 first know them on anime magazine like A-Club, Frontier, and some really old TW-ACG magazine get know more of doujin + cosplay.
Then get brainwashed by , cos she keep sending me cosplay photos that time and kinda persuade me to start my first cosplay outfit > Asellus from Saga Frontier.

★What did you think of it then?
I think cosplayers are awful that time.... ;o;
How could they spoil the image of anime/manga/game characters?!

★What do you think of it now?
Its a cool making ACG comes to live-action hobby!

★Where do you usually cosplay?
Conventions and photoshoot.

★Have you ever done a cosplay skit on stage?
Yeap

★Have you ever won a prize for said skit?
I think yes? Only for Guilty Gear team that time.
I was Jam Kuradoberi, chasing after Ky on stage makes the crowd laugh. XD
Solo wise I only won with my costume - Shirobara from Saga Frontier that time, not really a skit thou.

★Do you plan your cosplay outfits waaay before you’re meant to wear them?
Depends, some have been planned for very very long. (more than 5 years, have the costume ready but no team-mates)
Some are just last min decision. (1-2 weeks before event?)

★Have you ever been to a convention and cosplayed?
Yeap, mostly Singapore events.

★What is the best thing about cosplay?
Get to know a lot of people, make friends.

★What is the worst thing about cosplay?
Its a freaking money burning hobby!

★Why do you cosplay?
To potray my love for the character/series I like!
